6) Dexion Bolt-Free "Economy" Shelving:
| This system is available in "flat-pack" form and is easily
assembled without the need for any tools. |
The maximum shelf load is 80kgs uniformly distributed which is more
than adequate for most commercial applications. |

The bay size is 2000mm high x 1000mm wide x 450mm deep and five shelves are included for each bay (including top and bottom).

The backs and sides are open; the uprights are blue and a pre-galvanised shelf finish is available from stock. Grey steel or chipboard shelves are also available.

It is available in a standard range of sizes and finishes with

be to full room dividing specification

abutting specification.
Whatever the chosen system storage wall is more cost-effective than
standard storage units and partitioning, and is functional, efficient

It's always best to make a simple sketch before you
start. Mark the tube lengths on the diagram - allow
29mm for each joint. |

Cut
it...
When cutting tube, start with the longest lengths to
ensure best economy. Tube can be cut with a hacksaw.
A Speedframe trimming block screwed to a firm surface
will help you to make accurate cuts. |

Build
it...
Push an insert into the end of the tube and then a joint
into the insert. Hammer the joint home to create a solid
structure. Always use a soft hammer for assembling the
frameworks. |
